Incredible pancakes, even many hours later. They did forget my pancakes at first, but that is entirely acceptable, after eating them. I took them as I left and saved them for a few hours in my backseat, and then enjoyed the fluffy, buttery, delectable, perfectly done pancakes hours later at a peaceful campsite. The butter they were served with was likely the best dipping butter I have ever encountered, paired with the syrup and birdsong, it was my favorite pancake eating experience to date. Thank you for the incredible pancakes.
My family came from SC and visited Annette’s. We can’t say enough how delicious it was. Highly recommend the chicken fried chicken. The service was exceptional and you get great value for your money. Hidden Gem in Dillard. Annette’s has it all, Good food,Good customer service, and a nice cozy atmosphere. My friend and I ate there yesterday and I got the Patty melt on Rye bread and she got the pinto beans with the fried potatoes and we both had to get a to go box. The portions are great! Food was excellent as always! Very thankful for them to be here in Dillard.
They old saying 'Don't judge a book by it's cover', definitely applies here. Good food, good portions and good prices! They serve breakfast all day. Country fried steak, omlette, pancakes and breakfast samich were all good. Hasbrowns were ok but mushy and needs some crunch. We will be back! Note to management, take a couple hours one day and make everyone deep clean the dining room. We can overlook it but we know many that won't and will cost you business. Typically when the dining room cleanliness is overlooked it applies to the kitchen as well which is not good.
My husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch on our way back home from visiting Franklin. This may be a small place, but it’s a place run by people who love what they do! The service was great and the food was sooooo good! Their fried squash was some of the best I’ve ever had and their coconut cake was to die for! Def stop in and get some good food!
We loved the cafe!!! Delicious homemade food. Homemade mashed potatoes!!!!!!! We will definitely go back. The building where the restaurant is located is a little older but, that doesn't matter.
